Similar vibe to OkCupid
It’s kinda like how OkCupid was a while ago. I kinda like it so far cus it hasn’t been corrupted yet but we’ll see.
orientation
i’m bi queer, and kinky. it’s how I made. I wish I wasn’t.
but one of the things that this app can do is bring back the orientation section. So people who are vanilla, straight, traditional, and looking for long-term relationships can bypass Us.
and it would make it easier for those of us that are kinky to find one another

The potential is there
I love the idea of quiz-based matchmaking but until the user base triples at a minimum, the app is basically useless. A dating app can have all the functionality in the world but it doesn’t mean anything if it’s empty. It’s hard to tell if it’s still being developed or not too. Every 6 months or so I’ll redownload and it basically looks the same every time. Same features and same abandoned profiles. The potential is there but it desperately needs more users and marketing.

Great App, Low Matches
I’m aware that this app is fairly new and it’s just getting off the ground, so just take my review with that in mind. I absolutely love it, it’s very reminiscent of OkCupid back in the 2000-2010s before it got bought by Match group. It’s incredibly easy and simple to use. I like that there’s a very limited amount of image options, so that you’re not oversaturated with pictures. I love that you can actually put in detailed responses to prompts, and actually showcase a little bit more of your personality and values. Unfortunately, I live in a city where there just weren’t enough matches for me as a woman, so I’m definitely going to keep an eye on this. I hope it succeeds and grows. I’ll try and come back to check on its progress and hope to redownload :)

An actually good dating app
It’s a dating app that has the good features the other sites removed over the last few years. If nothing else, good to make a profile to up the user base for visibility.
Finally there’s an app like this
It is so nice that there’s a dating app that doesn’t feel exploitative or money-hungry. The quizzes are amazing (there are so many to choose from???) and the compatibility score does a lot of the heavy lifting that other apps tend to hide from us.
What a dating app should be
The best dating app that would be infinitely better if more people were on it. It is so great to be able to describe yourself so fully before you find others that have done the same to talk with.
It really filters out the ones that don’t care with how many questions they answer and with the level of descriptions they give for their answers.

Good but Needs More Users
I really like the concept of this app but there simply aren't enough people to make it worth the time. I'll be back in the feature, when I starts seeing Instagram add I'll know people are on.
Finding a match should be easy.
It’s a dating app that nobody uses. I found five women’s profiles, that’s it. I’d occasionally get a like from a woman who no longer exists time and time again, meaning likely the profile was a fake and deleted already. The founder promises they “just” finally started an advertising campaign to get viewers but let’s be honest, you’re finally doing it? Too little and too late. I’m sure the three people working on the app are working very hard.

Best dating app I’ve seen
I love the quizzes and having match percentages
Great site
Was looking for an alternative to the pay for a rip off sites when I found Firefly. Miss free POF
Great Potential
This app is great but needs more users. The developer should invest in advertising the app and maybe require a small membership fee to fund for advertising and other things to improve the platform. A membership fee would also bring users to the platform that are more serious about putting effort into meeting people. Although, it's much appreciated that theirs no costs or ads like other apps. Thank you, dev!

Great app. Please add option to filter for vegans
I’m looking for a vegan bf and it would really help if there’s a toggle I can switch to easy show that I’m vegan on my profile, and also filter for vegan men. Would really appreciate it!!! Keep up the amazing work, thank you so much to the developers and everyone else part of this app. Way better than OKC.

More of this please
This is a roll back to a format before the swipe left swipe right poisoned the waters.
more of this, please.

Potential is there when more people join
Looks great for us poly/ENM people.
Great they it exists, 0 Australians and quiz is missed
It’s Alfredo that for once there is one dating app that’s not completely profit driven (yet?). Quizzes , the main idea is completely wrong. They copied useless quizzes from Match or one of modern competitors. What they should have done is to copy 2010s OKCupid quizzes. Those were really revealing train and useful for matching.

Is There Anybody Out There
I checked this out because Feeld has been destroyed by a recent major update and its user base is falling off rapidly. Firefly is great! I love how specific it is and that you can choose to only be shown and be seen by other non-monogamous people. The problem is, I live in a metro area of over two million people and Firefly shows me exactly six other people within 30 miles of me. Hopefully they can do some aggressive advertising and start bringing former Feeld users onboard. Very promising app.

Might have a higher rating if I could use the features.
I joined on a whim after reading about it on a random forum, saying it was like OkCupid back when it was good. I decided to try it out since I was dipping my toe back into dating. The app seems well put together. The quizzes are a nice touch. Enough questions to get a decent picture of someone without being overwhelming. The problem is… there’s hardly anyone within my radius. The very few people I see have very low match percentages, which isn’t a big deal, but well, that’s the point of the quizzes, so I assume we wouldn’t mesh well.
Maybe when it has more active users, it’ll be good, but right now it’s too empty.

Cool app that nobody uses
Maybe it’ll be good someday
Neat idea, but a ghost town
I think it’s a good idea to make a dating app that tries to emulate OkCupid back when it was in its prime, but it’s disappointing that even when the app has been out for both iPhone and Android for a month shy of a full year, there is nobody here. I’d concede that I don’t live in NYC or LA, but even in a place with 2.8 million people, it’s disappointing that I’m the only one here within Firefly’s maximum distance settings.
