Not bad... but FAR from great.
I've used the Firewall for about six months now, and in some ways, it's 'too good' (despite having different levels, I've found there are really two; the first doesn't block much at all. The other goes to the other extreme and blocks spammers AND pretty much EVERYONE else.
The UI is amateurish; it's not designed for ease of use (seriously, who in their right mind would take the limited screen size and say, 'Right, I think we should lay the phone's buttons in two vertical columns. So what if we've put ample space (both vertically and horizontally)? I guess the people who've made this have never used an iPhone because with the digits as they are, unless you have a number which only uses 2-3 close-together digits, you'll spend the time cursing as you scroll the numbers up and down. It's pathetic.
When I have an unfamiliar number, I'll usually copy and paste it into an app that lets me use a temporary number (such as Firewall). The only problem is that not once in six months has the copy-paste feature worked. Every single time, I've got to remember either the digits (and that can be up to approximately 15 or so) or be curious and for a number I'm pretty certain is garbage, to begin with, I'm just curious.
I've used (what's lately been known as) TrueCaller for the past few years simply because its all-around features are perfect for me.
Though they're not perfect, I still check every once in a while to see if there are any other options for a terrific phone spam/text blocking service with a 'concierge' (AI attendant who answers my number and gives a mobile phone a more polished 'front desk'-like feel).
One last note (directly to the people behind Firewall); I was shocked a few free minutes ago when I decided to write this, and I typed into the app store, 'Firewall', and there's a (LONG!) list of apps - many of them also calling themselves simply Firewall.
If I were you, in addition to some 'under-the-hood'-work and fine-tuning, I'd seriously consider either copyrighting your name, OR, come up with one which is catchy, easy to remember and distinguish from the 'pack'. I'll come back some time to see if you've lost your 'training wheels and baby teeth', and have grown up.

Avoid
After years of use the app just stopped working. Immediately crashes when opened. Having to go through manually turning off call forwarding since all of my calls are now being dropped. Original review: Godsend Switched to this from another blocker for whitelisting mode and am very happy with the choice.

Blocked all calls after a few days
Worked great for about 3 days. I began receiving texts from my contacts saying they have been calling and were blocked. I had to disable the app to get any calls. I contacted support and it took 2 days to get the response to delete the app and reinstall it. I had already did that and it didn’t work. No follow up support so deleted and replaced it. Must not need the business!

Stay away, stay FAR away!
Downloaded and installed this app cuz I was getting lots of spam calls, especially from Olivia at Tax Solutions . com. This app routed ALL my calls to their Firewall voice message system - not even my contacts could reach me by phone. Outgoing calls were unaffected. It is now 3weeks later and after cancelling before the end if the 2-week trial period, 3 calls to Apple itself, and a factory reset, my iphone is STILL not letting any incoming calls thru. I have deleted the app but it is still taking my calls hostage. STAT AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Broke my phone after uninstall
I used this app for a couple years, then I cancelled my subscription and uninstalled it. But now my phone does not receive ANY phone calls. Zero. No record of received calls in Recents. Nothing.
If I wanted to skip robo calls by destroying my phone I could have done it cheaper than a $4 monthly subscription.
The “Contact” link on the developer’s website is broken/fake.

No voicemail
Works amazing but when my white listed contacts leave a voicemail it isn’t stored anywhere and I never get them. I have it set up correctly.
Sign up malfunction
I attempted to sign up. When I would receive the txt code it came back invalid. After a few times I went to another blocker.
Identifies Unwanted Callers
Works to block even when spammers, stalkers and any other unwanted caller changes their numbers to call you repeatedly.
Doesn’t Work
This app allows you to whitelist all the contacts that are in your phone and block every buddy else. I tried using that feature and it will work for a while but then I have people that can’t call me because it’s blocking them. Contacted support and they responded in a timely fashion told me to restart my phone delete the app reinstall the app and I did. It worked again for a few hours and then stopped working.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Broken on iOS 16.
After upgrading to iOS 16 this app no longer allows for call forwarding. I can’t even get the verification text to re-set up the app. Call forwarding number says “This call cannot be completed as followed.” UNSUBSCRIBING! Why do I pay $5/month?

Doesn’t work as described
The app is blocking all of my calls, even from those that are whitelisted. Awful.
Worst Program
I installed this program, didn’t like it’s full takeover of my phone so I uninstalled it. I still cannot get any calls in. I installed it again thinking I had done something wrong and uninstalled it again only to have the same problem. Full takeover of my phone. Enough !
No satisfaction
After putting friends and family on my Whitelist their calls don’t come through. Every time they call it go straight to voicemail or is dropped. I’m paying for this service to work correctly and it is not.
Freezes, blocks calls I want to get
I like the idea, but this app is buggy. It froze and I had to delete it. It blocks calls on my white list. It says a call wasn’t blocked because Firewall wasn’t available. I’d like to mark an incoming call as spam when Firewall didn’t but no way to do that. Wish I hadn’t bought it. No way to get a refund for this misrepresented app.

Not updating robocalls
When I try to update the robocalls list I can see the update icon going but nothing happens. Is the server down?

I’ve tried 7x to put in the verification code and it keeps saying wrong code. So I can’t even use this app. How do I fix it? I tried 7x with 7 diff verification codes and none worked.
REALLY HELPFUL…But
I really like how this app stops unwanted robocallers HOWEVER, I’m having ongoing issues with PAUSE control does not work and I’ve contacted HELP numerous times and I’m not deleting the app I’ve had it for awhile.
