Product was defective from day one. Customer service is poor. They owe me 250 dollars and ghosted me. Wouldn’t recommend the app or their tech ring to anyone

There are only few options available for men to evaluate the health of their penis and their overall sexual health. This App and the companion TechRing provides a useful quantitative gauge of both your penis and overall sexual health. Comparisons of your results with measured typical values of other groups of men having a similar age is enlightening and provides information that your doctor may not even asked you about.
I had gone to the same primary doctor for over ten years and not once did he ask me about my erections.
The FirmTech App worked very well. For those that indicated difficulty with intermittent connectivity with the TechRing, you need to follow the instructions for turning on the device, pairing, begin recording, turning off the device, pairing, then downloading data. This seems like a lot of steps, but the Bluetooth pairing is forced off while wearing the TechRing to avoid Bluetooth signal health concerns. Following the steps in the instructions exactly will avoid connection issues.
The ring may be uncomfortable if it worn so that it pinches the skin on your penis or scrotum. This pinching is very likely to occur every time when putting on or taking off the TechRing, so I recommend using small amount of water-based lubricant on the TechRing and fingers when putting in the TechRing.
I’ve worn my TechRing at night, at the gym, and during the day. Most of time during the daytime, I’m not aware of having the TechRing on. If I wake up at night with a nocturnal erection, I am aware of having the TechRing on. During sex, I’m unaware of the TechRing being on, but I can tell my erection is more automatic and stronger than expected.
The battery takes about 3 hours to charge, and I estimate that the TechRing will record data for about 12 hours straight. It has its own USB charging station, and the TechRing pulses a broad red while charging, and shows a small solid blue light when it’s completely charged.
This is the best measurement device that I’ve seen that provides you with very useful personal and group data on the health of your penis as well as your overall sexual health.
It will also be helpful to know the population size of the data based being used to produced the average group values or ranges listed in the FirmTech App and reports.

Usually Works
When able to log in it works well but is inconsistent and too often experiences glitches. Kicking me out of the app and failing to upload recordings.

The TechRing and FirmTech app has worked great for me. After having a laparoscopic prostatectomy I was wondering if I was having nocturnal erections. I am still recovering from surgery but the TechRing and FirmTech App has answered my question and is helping me to see how I am recovering. I plan to share the data with my urologist.

Questionable
I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and the first strap has broken. The data seems iffy. I’ve got a call to customer service but haven’t heard back yet. Unless they can offer info to make this device more usable I’m about 1 phone call away from returning it. If they get back to me and can help I’ll update this review.
