Next Gen where?
This update is worse than the original โolderโ version of the app. The app no longer displays credits/debits in highlighted colors, all transactions are black. When the app isnโt crashing it sometimes displays the live current balance after a transaction is made. Itโs slower than the older version as well. Please revert the app back to how it was until you guys actually have the โnext genโ update completely bug free. Donโt inconvenience your customers with the trial and error process.

Room to improve
Great app but would be nice to have transactions post quicker than a couple of days. Also would be nice to have the brella debit card app combined with the banking app so I donโt have to switch between the two.
Customer service
I love that you still carry one on one customer service. Not these automated machines every other bank is coming out with just to try and save a dollar.

Overdraft Fees
Bank is great for what it is, app as well, however the overdraft fees is ridiculous. If you go over 1 cent they charge you $30. If something gets automatically charged even when you are in the negative instead of stopping the transaction it goes through and then charges you again for another overdraft. This happened before and I was charged $99

Canโt block card if stolen or lost
this app needs a option to block your cards from being able to be used.
I had got my card stolen the day before Christmas Eve and I couldnโt stop the thieves from using it because of the after hours.
The bank didnโt open till 8 Christmas Eve but it was almost 400 dollars too late. Luckily they bank disputed it and got my money back the same day.

New version Does NOT Work
You guys need to check these apps out before publishing. I downloaded this app as I have before and entered my ID then pswd. No problem. Then get the notice that I call receive a call or text to verify my phone. Ok. No problem. I request text. I receive a text pass code but I cannot enter it on the "Reply Here" pop up tab.
I called support who advised me to discard the current app from my phone and reinstall the app again through my computer when logged in. I did all this. I then logged into the app and ended with the same results......I received a text but could not enter the code in the pop up tab.
I have deleted the app and we will be looking for another bank.

I use these app all the time. Can you please fix the bugs on these app.
Better then I could've hoped for
This app has saved me so many trips to the bank, and now with the new deposit feature I really never have to go to the bank again. I love how I can check my balance and see exactly what's going on in my account at any given moment. This has really made my life easier.
Can't pay bills
Really handy app to check accounts and transfer money but it crashes every time I try to use bill pay on both my iPad and iPhone 5. Would be much more useful if I could use this tool.

I think this app is wonderful...it allows easy/convenient transfers and very easy viewing of your accounts.
