Bank tellers are the Best!
The bank tellers at the First American Bank in Naperville, on Ogden Road are the bomb! I had a problem with one of my credit cards, pulling the funds early; that being said, my checking account was overdrawn. I tried to correct the problem with the credit card company, but they said that they would continue to try to pull the money each day for three days. They told me to contact the bank; I did and they helped resolve the fees that were created because of the insufficient funds. I have banked with First American Bank for over 30 years and I think you can see why.

Why push an update and require people to be on a certain operating system to use? Open the app; and it forces you to update. Now the app is unusable and I gotta transfer banks🤦🏽♂️ my iPhone is not getting an update.

Easy Peasy
First American bank has made it so easy to deposit online and the transfers occur on the same day. Banking here has become effortless. Glad we chose first American when we moved here three years ago!
