There are wonderful people who work at this bank. They will do their best to work with you and cover your banking needs. Iโve been with them since the 90s and have not been disappointed.
Bank tellers are the Best!
The bank tellers at the First American Bank in Naperville, on Ogden Road are the bomb! I had a problem with one of my credit cards, pulling the funds early; that being said, my checking account was overdrawn. I tried to correct the problem with the credit card company, but they said that they would continue to try to pull the money each day for three days. They told me to contact the bank; I did and they helped resolve the fees that were created because of the insufficient funds. I have banked with First American Bank for over 30 years and I think you can see why.

App update
Why push an update and require people to be on a certain operating system to use? Open the app; and it forces you to update. Now the app is unusable and I gotta transfer banks๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ my iPhone is not getting an update.

Easy Peasy
First American bank has made it so easy to deposit online and the transfers occur on the same day. Banking here has become effortless. Glad we chose first American when we moved here three years ago!

After 50 years of dealing with many banks, I can honestly say that First American Bank is the best. The employees are very knowledgeable and competent. Horrible! These apps make more work for me!
I have two accounts and they used to be in one app. Now, I have to go into two different apps to make deposits and see my balances and then add them together on a calculator to see how much I have in my accounts. Horrible!!

First American Bank has been a great place to bank. Mortgage lending, equity line, itโs been very easy to get investment property business up and running.
