How do I find my monthly statements?
I am unable to find a prompt or a link to view and print my monthly statements. Am I missing something?

Disappointing privacy policy and lack of detail
The app collects far more info than I would like, but it is a bank, after all. But the bad aspect is that there is no app-specific privacy policy, and no app-specific user support to talk about it. All links in the app store that should provide you with this info and support just send you to the bank’s website, where I could not find app-specific info. I thought you had to do better than this to be an Apple app.

Doesn't update account info
When I check my account there's things missing that were listed earlier. My child was on a school trip & I didn't know how much she had in her account because everything for that day was missing. Now I don't know how much I have in my account because it's doing the same thing. This needs to be fixed.

I transfer a lot of money throughout my day. I’m not sure if there’s a limit, but it’s always been fast and efficient!! They’re great!

I am a new resident of AR coming from PA, MD, DE aka Tri-State area. In my 40 years of banking I’ve never been treated as if I were like royalty. Judy invited my husband and I into her office to begin the process of opening our new account.
Many benefits here and the one that really surprised me was this : Using an ATM machine that’s not affiliated with FNB you will be reimbursed for both the non affiliated bank and FNB. Simply take your ATM receipt into a FNB branch and they will reimburse you for ALL surcharges. That’s amazing!!

I’m bout sick of this FNB app tonight…. Trying to search for transactions. They are same amount every month but lord forbid that this phone app finds anything that in needing NOW…. And I’m 99% sure that psycho Holly Richardson Customer Service FNB on SW Dr JTown that works at that bank is constantly looking a my account without my knowledge. She’s just a noisy . Foul mouthed that mistreats her son that’s on the Autism spectrum. Always yelling loud at him. It’s very sad. So fake and phony Holly Richardson

Mobile deposits
Trying to do a mobile deposit has to the biggest headache on this app. It’s quicker to just drive to the bank in deposit it

Same me trips to town, I can bank by phone.
Balance issues
The balance on the app is inconsistent. It randomly takes payments away showing a higher balance then the charges show back up. Needs fixed.

Notifications
Balance notifications are inconsistent and need to be better. Otherwise it’s a good app.
Terrible banking app
Can’t get the right balance on your account. Delete charges off your account so you think have more money. It doesn’t update until the next day or later. It’s not worth it.
