Request for Description Entry
I’d like to request a description text box when transferring between accounts using the mobile app. Many times, I like add details to my transfers, but I have to log in on a computer or through Safari to be able to do this. Thank you!
Usability
Constantly having issues with logging in on the app. It shouldn’t be a hassle to log into your app and to see your account balance
Worst app I have seen
This app is great when it works but that is rare. It worked fine for a while then just suddenly stops working. That’s a scary thing when you get used to monitoring your account and then notifications just stop showing up. I can make changes and it works for a day or so then stops again.
Crash often
I love the bank itself but this app is awful. It crashes all the time or it won’t let me log in. Please resolve this. Hire a new developer.
Long time customer
There are huge gaps in my history . Say I get a notification on the 30th and then when I go to check the app there’s nothing there for the 30th there’s missing days I can never get it to reload until days and days later.
