This app is garbage
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This app is useless 90% of the time.
WHEN WILL THE APP BE BACK UP???
The app has been down for 15 hours now.. really bad timing considering it’s almost Christmas. I’m not sure what to do.
Great when it works, extremely glitchy otherwise
I am regularly getting notifications of “technical difficulties” when trying to sign in to the app. Whether I use a password or Face ID, 50% of the time (at least) I’m getting a warning for technical difficulties which is not ideal when trying to look at my accounts
It’s great when it works
So many issues with login using Face ID and the site seems to be down more than it should be. I keep having to turn face us back on after getting the message there were problems logging on. No other apps that use Face ID seem to have this problem.
Step it up
The mobile app shuts down frequently in the middle of a transaction causing me to sign in frequently. That is very inconvenient
