Logging in challenges
The app recently cites network problems when logging in even when there’s no network issue.

They are very good until you started calling them for emergency and you will see why they are worst .Taking people for granted

Not able to access my account because it says there’s a network issue but my mobile provider data is fine. I think this app needs to be updated

A complicated app and unable to reset if you forget your details.. Visited their offices in Kumasi but they couldn’t reset the app for me .🙄 I’m unable to use their mobile app for the past 4 years which’s disgusting

After filling the forms and pressed the the continued button nothing works neither does it show any message to me why
