Consistent issues
Every few weeks the app has trouble loading. The last week or two it hasn’t loaded at all even after making sure the most current version was installed.

I’ve banked with FB&T for as long as I can remember. My parents and grandparents banked with them when they were First Commonwealth. They’re a staple in Wise and now many more places. They’re always quick to help and extremely friendly. I love my bank

Transfer to checking
I have transferred money to checking twice and without a request it gets transferred back to savings. I don’t know why
Terrible
App doesn’t update account balances in a timely manner a lot of the times. Deposits through the app take days. The branches near me aren’t open on Saturdays anymore. Will be switching banks very soon as having an account through first and trust is almost a hassle.
Just OK
App is just OK. The systems hosting APP data are weak at best. There are several inconsistencies between this APP and its companion web browser product, so test and compare functionally between them. Over all, the app delivers just fine when the backend systems aren’t under stress. This is typical for banking apps. The vendor should have an Apple Watch app but as of this review they don’t.

Failed update
For more than a month I’ve been trying to update this site and it will not allow me to update . What gong on?

This app makes remote banking very easy to do. Easy to understand and very helpful.
Locked out of my acct due to update
The app requires 16.0 or later now and I’m completely unable to access my account without a desktop. I can’t even reset my password to be able to log in via mobile browser.
Not backwards compatible
I cannot use my app as of today because it is forcing me to have iOS 16 or above. Why should I have to purchase a new iPhone for over $1500 to be able to use the First Bank app? That is not okay.
All is simple to use very helpful
I appreciate this app for the instant access to all my banking information. It’s very self explanatory with all the necessary features of keeping track of your financial information on a mobile device on the go.

Bad last update
Since I updated the app all it does after signing in is spin like it’s trying to load something. At this point it’s useless
Very slow updating account information
I love this bank but this app is step back from their previous system. Transactions on your debit card or checking account take an incredibly long time to post especially on weekends and holidays. The old system updated instantly. What’s the point in having the app if you’re going to have to do it manually anyhow?
