Often glitches
I can’t count how many times I’ve gone to transfer money and the app has been down, or it only shows one account when I have 3, or it won’t even open and just keeps trying to load.

This is how I bank!
Love this ap! I can track my funds in a moment. I can make loan payments and stay up to date on balances. Other features that I haven’t needed, but glad to have them available. Super easy. Super secure!

Not very user friendly at all. I used to be with a Nationwide bank, so understandably theirs would be better, but this is pretty much so time consuming it’s un-usable. I would also like to have the face recognition option for signing in with maybe a 4 digit code for double verification. The only other thing is having the ability to mark a transaction as potentially fraudulent in real time on the app. To at least stop the transaction before fully processing and then allowing me time to get to the branch and fill out paperwork. Otherwise I really love my bank! The people are amazing and they are what make it so wonderful to stay with them!

Glitches freezes and steals your money
Very basic app with limitations
App does small things like checking balance well. But depositing checks can be a mess with inexplainable failures. You never know from one day to the next if a deposit will go through or make a trip to the bank. FBT really needs to get it working reliably.
