クーポンコードなるものがあるので登録しようかと思ったが、レビュー見て心配に。インストールはしたものの怖いので開けない。

ドクターに病院にかからず直接質問できるシステムはよいかとおもいます。
質問してから、回答が来るまでそこまで待ちません。
ただ、運営は怪しいです。
クレジットカードで月会費？を払ったのですが
退会後も2ヶ月に渡って不正に引き落とされていました。そのことを運営にいうと確認中との回答、次の連絡では退会済みで確認が取れないので
登録したカード情報を教えてくれと…？
1回目の時点で退会済みでしたから、無駄な一往復です。

しかもメールでカード情報載せろとは、情報セキュリティの意識ガバガバすぎじゃないですか？
当然お断りのメールを送ってから返答なし

ですが、今月は引き落としはされていません。情報わからないはずなのにおかしいですよね?笑

のらりくらりとクレームをやり過ごし、その間一回も謝罪なし。
ユーザー側が諦めるのをまっているような対応で
非常に不誠実。不愉快。
今から利用を検討している方は絶対やめたほうがいいです。
ちなみにいまだに、謝罪も過払金についての説明もないです。
 星⭐️は仕方なくです。本心を言えばマイナス評価👎サービスの廃止を求めたいくらいです。
