When it goes down it stays down sometimes for days
Issues
This app is full of issues. Half the time it won’t let me login. Mobile check deposit never works. Very buggy. Performance issues. This is 2024 I should be able to easily see my money without experiencing all these issues
Face ID
Besides having to set up my Face ID option for sign in about every four days it’s a handy app.
Log in issues
More often than not, I get a message that my credentials can’t be verified when trying to log in. I know my log in info and if I go to the full website, I get right in. This app version is not reliable. I never had issues with the old app.
Works good
It works fine except for the fact that it doesn’t work like the old one as far as showing the balance directly after a withdrawal or deposit can’t transfer back and forth between accounts and see balances -you have to log off and log back on to your other account 😟🤨you took a couple of steps backwards

Unable to download the new update !😡my phone doesn’t have 13 iOS. Some people don’t have newer phones
Leave me alone
I have a older I Phone 6. It is not compatible with the new app. Leave me alone I am fine with the app I have.
Pending charges
In the last version of the first choice app, you could see the pending charges and who they were on hold for.
Update not updating
It tells me I have an update but when try to update it shows I have it but I can’t get to my account to check it I’m a little irritated
Ledger balance needs to be able to access
I should be able to see my ledger balance to know what outstanding payments I have. There is no way to do that. If you fix that I will give 5 stars.
Liked old app better
I really don’t like this “newer” app. I liked the old one way better. I don’t like how it doesn’t show my previous balance. Like I’m suppose to know or just blindly trust what you have. I don’t like how it doesn’t show my pending transactions. I don’t like how you can’t transfer to accounts that aren’t linked. Please go back to the old one or fix this one.

Not able to see pending transactions without having to use the full app is not user friendly.
Hate the new app
This new app is horrible.
Why can’t I put cents when making an internal transfer?
So much better! Logging in is far less annoying.
Do not like at all
I used my old app all the time. Now I use the full website instead of new app. You can’t transfer money to other members which was a big plus having kids in college. You can no longer see pending transactions. And I find the format in which it shows your transactions a little harder to look at. Wish I could have the old app back !

Terrible!!! BRING BACK THE OLD APP
The app is horrible! Doesn’t show your pending transactions ive never overdrafted my account until they switched to this app! Can’t transfer money to others please bring back the old app!!
