So went to the faqs and was told I may need to uninstall the app and redownload it… boi BIG mistake… now it won’t reinstall 😖… thanks FCB.
Update… I got to the OTP stage and it wouldn’t send me a code. Called FCB and the young man helped me greatly and I finished registering and signing on to the app. Thanks young man at FCB 🙏🏾🙌🏾🥰

Why does faceID require secondary identity verification
After logging in with FaceID the app requires you to answer further security questions. Isn’t this redundant?
Bugs
It started working fine up until a few months ago when I want to add someone I can’t because the page scrolls up and not allowing me to access it . I then deleted today and redownloaded it same issue with the login
Too many bugs
The app does not allow me to login. It continues to give an error and restarts the registration process.
Very slow
Very slow and take days before it updates any transactions. Poor service
App is barely functional
Can’t even transfer money through the app to other accounts definitely needs an upgrade.
Not working
I downloaded the app and after putting in my cif# the screen turns white and the proceed button is at the top right of the screen , I use an iPhone 12 mini I don’t know if my phone isn’t supported but I used it on an iPhone 8 Plus and works great , please make it so that it can work on the iPhone 12 mini

Useless
This app has an OTP that sends only to local numbers. So if I move residence and no longer have that local number, I cannot update my residence and put the new number for OTP. Why? Because this app does not recognise global mobility and was designed / approved by small minded people who do not understand their customer base

App doesn’t proceed to final stage when transferring between accounts.

Can you make the app so that it can work on the iPhone 12 mini , everytime I punch in my cif # and go to the next step the screen turns white and “proceed “ ends up at the top right of my screen
Great app.. one limitation.
Excellent app however a basic feature of the internet is international use. This app does not appear to use international phone numbers at this time and this is a limitation for international clients.

The app is not yet working to its full potential. Simply use online banking
The app malfunction
When I saw the app I thought yes!! finally!Trinidad copy something good from America;but when I try logging in I reach a certain point then it takes me right back to square one, before I could’ve view my account on Google now the app nor Google is letting me view my account I can’t imagine going to the bank joining a long, long line for nothing because they themselves may not even be able to help as usual. Oh, what a bummer.

Crashing
Everytime I try to search a payee to transfer money to, the app crashes. What’s the point in having a feature where you can transfer money and it doesn’t work?
New app
This app is totally user unfriendly. They’re sending me a code and NOWHERE to enter it. Now I can’t even get in to the old app.
Great improvements
App was ok before but was missing a few key features. Now that they’ve added the biometrics for login and the summary for credit card transactions it’s almost perfect. Only thing you can’t do is transfer between your FCB accounts (if you have multiple).
