bro i sent 35 cents usdc on solana and the coins didn’t get deposited in the app bro how you can’t add money with stablecoins fix your app i don’t even have to verify to send and receive crypto there are no atms near me and this app can’t even get they infrastructure right app is unusable it’s useless and if you have to specifically use cashapp to deposit successfully then why not put that and is there a minimum amount to deposit stable like 1$ this app should work like all the other apps fix your app bro i’ll change my rating when it finally works for me

Hey. I hear the frustration — and you're right, we have real infrastructure limits. Let me clear up what happened with your 35 cents though: The deposit: There's a minimum deposit amount (which we could make clearer in the app — that's on us). 35 cents landed, but it's below the threshold, which is why it didn't show up in your balance. The fix: Message us on WhatsApp with your wallet address and we'll send it back. We can't promise miracles, but we can refund that. The bigger point: You're right that Guap doesn't work without ATMs nearby, and we know that's a real blocker for you in the US right now. We're building out South Florida, but that doesn't help if you're not there yet. We get why you rated it how you did. If the infrastructure changes and we're in your area, we'd love for you to try again. Until then, hit us on WhatsApp for the refund.
