Hey. I hear the frustration — and you're right, we have real infrastructure limits. Let me clear up what happened with your 35 cents though: The deposit: There's a minimum deposit amount (which we could make clearer in the app — that's on us). 35 cents landed, but it's below the threshold, which is why it didn't show up in your balance. The fix: Message us on WhatsApp with your wallet address and we'll send it back. We can't promise miracles, but we can refund that. The bigger point: You're right that Guap doesn't work without ATMs nearby, and we know that's a real blocker for you in the US right now. We're building out South Florida, but that doesn't help if you're not there yet. We get why you rated it how you did.
