I have been with first class for years, the app does seem like it freezes or stays stuck, but it actually is not you just have to close out and open it again. The time of the cab arrival will appear, if you go to my rides and click the first one at the top that says “on the way”. The dispatcher always sends clean cars, no smell, nice responsible drivers that communicate and call the client.

Lazy drivers
This app is kinda good, but have some old and lazy drivers. Some of this drivers don’t even care about someone’s time, watching videos and talking on the phone, not paying attention to the consumers opinion or request. They must improve this part.
Latency
I experienced latency issues.
Worst experience
Bad service in the Manhattan area always have to reroute a driver and inaccurate on the requested car waiting time I would not suggest requesting a car from this company if you are on a time limit of 45 minutes and less
Titanium ride

I’ve been using first class for a while now ,
I’ve encountered drivers left and right trying to charge me something else other than the app shows me and extremely rude and unhelpful customer service but always was able to handle these instances.
However today , I deleted the app.
I ordered a car for work, the app states that the driver is 3 minutes away from my house.
20 minutes later he’s still not here and the app states that he’s 2 minutes away, I called customer service that tells me he’s around the corner . I WAITED AN ADDITIONAL FIVE MINUTES . And when the driver got here he randomly canceled and left , we didn’t even interact , he just made me wait and canceled and now I’m late to work. I called customer service who said they don’t know what’s going on and can’t do anything.
This is a app you should use as a last resort, it will never replace Uber or Lyft or even Curb , it might be more pricey but it’s 100% reliable and the drivers don’t constantly try to steal from you.
Many people have had these issues , look at the reviews, just go to other car services making sure it’s not their sub brands, they do not deserve our money if they don’t care to provide a good service.

Upset
My card was charged and the driver told me I had to pay in cash. He became extremely aggressive and even drove me to the police precinct. I tried explaining to him what was happening and even told him if there was a mixup I would fix it but he was rude and didn’t want to listen. Just kept telling me I was wasting his time and that his service always pays cash. In the end I gave him the cash and my card was still charged. I have used this app for several years and never had this problem. Definitely won’t be using this app again.

Cab driver was great and professional .
BE CAREFUL!!!
The other day I asked for a taxi from this company, and when the taxi was in front of my building, the driver called me and told me that he was already downstairs. I was going down with my two daughters, and when I saw the car it wasn't even the same car, it wasn't the same color and the license plate wasn't the same as it appears in the app. Be careful.
