Always an issue
I’ve been using this app with my bank for a while now. It seems like the app wants to kick me out of my account every know and then, sometimes they do stuff to the app and this will happen but then you can’t even get back in with your information it will say it’s “incorrect” when it’s not. Also you will load in to the app it will prompt you with “you are using and old version of the app please update” you click update it takes u to the App Store to this app and it says “open” not “update” so it’s already updated to the latest version but the app wants you to update and already updated app before you can use it makes no since lol

Crashed
I needed to check my balances before making a purchase this morning but was unable to do so because the App kept saying I need to update to the latest version of the APP. When I hit update, the circle of death appeared all day, every time I tried. I called the bank. They stated IPhone users were experiencing a glitch in the app. Nine hours later…still down.

Mobile app
It states that I’m using a version that is no longer supported. So I click update. It only allows me to open the same app I currently have now. But will not allow me to update. So I’m now completely blocked from my online banking.
Worst Banking App
This is the absolute worst online banking experience I’ve ever had. If the bank wasn’t so highly recommended. I have several banks I deal with and others I have dealt with in past. This online banking service the site as well as mobile app leaves much to be desired…… in this time we live in you truly need to upgrade and update your service

Previous app much better
Previous app easier to use; it had larger print with debits and credits being different colors. One of the poorest apps I have on my phone.

It’s gone through a major upgrade in the last couple of years and now works great.
Not a fan....
Doesn't put bank transactions in the correct order. Transactions are everywhere. I miss Peoples website. This one makes me crazy! Even considering changes banks over their website and app.
