Little but mighty
This is a small bank with two branches. We’ve always gotten personal, first rate service here. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We can’t imagine banking anywhere else!
What not to do to keep business
Keep updating software till it drives customers crazy. New driveup doesn’t take deposits, a first in the industry. It does serve as comic relief to other institutions. People are friendly though. Need to stay open till 5 on Saturday

Compares with the big dogs...
I liked "Instant Balance" better when it was kinda hidden in the upper right corner of the app. Otherwise, very simple and kinda plain but overall easy to use and well laid out.
