Good but………
The Zelle is a pain. Everything else is easy and efficient. The Zelle……NOT SO MUCH. It should be easier and faster. Takes WAY TOO LONG to use. At least give the user the option to make it faster by letting them bypass the text code and just start using it. Other than that great.

Can You Love Your Bank?
FECU is everything I could want in a financial institution. I like the fact that it is not a big national bank. They are accurate, reliable, helpful and accessible. I have numerous home loans and accounts with them over the past four decades. I truly appreciate that they are there for me 24/7.

Push Notifications Don't Work
...unless you manually open the app. THEN you will get all your notifications. Kinda defeats the purpose of push notifications, no? The rest of the app is great but I installed primarily for the notifications.
Functions failing
Zelle consistently doesn’t work, showing error/failure to connect. Have to physically transfer money by going to atm and hand delivering money
The worst of any banking app
Nothing really works. I have two accounts with them a personal and business one. They are not connected and cannot be combined. Please tell me why??? This is a very simple software. Currently the whole app is down. I can’t even get to my money at all. Sooooo, soooooo bad
Ideal for the Needs
Though I wish I could pay my credit card with an external bank without going to another site, the app is overall ideal for online banking needs. Everything is clear and directly stated. Some things I have to remember to hunt for, like the payment option for the credit card from an outside bank, but I find most things very easily.

Its good, but I wish it would say how much you really have instead of waiting days to update and then knowing you have very little.
It’s the only banking app that actually works properly on my phone!
I mean that, every other bank app I have ever used and tried multiple times with each and might I add with the help of the bank worker’s themselves, it’s the only banking app I ever used!
