Error 407

Can’t unfreeze my own debit card to pay for my meal. Thank god I had cash on hand. I saw another review here where someone seemed to have a similar issue and was allegedly stranded for 6 hours because they couldn’t use their card to pay for gas. If I didn’t have cash on hand, or friends to spot me if I couldn’t pay, I would be in incredible trouble. I don’t think this is the first time this has happened either. This is completely unacceptable, and card freezing/unfreezing needs to be reliable at all hours of the day.
