I would give it a zero star but I don’t even think that’s an option unfortunately, this app always says “We are unable to process your information at this time”… excuse me? Then when… terrible app let me tell you. It exists more for the aesthetic than the actual function. Whoever or whatever group that runs this app clearly doesn’t know how to run it right.

Mobile app
I love the Mobile app, except for the fact that after logging on a few times the wheel keeps turning and turning, and won’t give me the information on my account. It’s like the deer in the headlights operation!😢
New App
One thing I might like to see changed. I have three children and I frequently transfer money into their accounts and it would be helpful to know who’s account is who’s and not have to look it up in my phone. If you could put the owners name next to the account number that would be helpful.

Where ever I may be and I need to assess, transfer or initiate sending funds I have a secure application that is reliable. To work with.

Gets the job done, but lags behind other banking apps
Logix’s app is functional and gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Navigation feels a bit clunky compared to other banking apps I’ve used, things aren’t always where I expect them to be. The core features work fine (checking balances, transfers, mobile deposit), but the overall experience isn’t as smooth or intuitive.
For comparison, Chase’s app has a cleaner layout and easier navigation that makes everyday banking feel more seamless. I’d love to see Logix take some cues from that, streamlining the interface and making key actions more accessible.
It’s not a bad app, just not a great one yet. Hoping for some UX updates in future releases.
