App never works!
At least once a month there are error codes that don’t allow you to sign on. Today it was saying my user name wasn’t filled out and it was. Really gets old after a while. Not convenient and a hassle honestly.

A Bit Outdated
Overall the app works fine but it would be nice if the app was updated to feel and look more modern/clean. The UI is simple, which is good, but it feels like its 10 years old. Chase and Amex have a very modern and clean UI that makes using the app a joy. The app can be slow at times and display incorrect prompts or messages when something was completed. Even something as simple as making a payment to my credit card feels odd. Other banking apps usually have a “make payment” button and make it really easy, like the Discover app, but for Logix I have to make a transfer and do an extra step. After doing this, it’ll give me a green check mark but say underneath that something went wrong, even though the transfer was successfully scheduled. Making Zelle payments also needs an update, other banking apps have history transactions through Zelle but Logix doesn’t display this. Its not a huge thing but little things like this make the app feel a bit behind and feel like it has bad design. I really think the app needs a whole overhaul on the UI side to get it up to date with other banking apps. I love logix but considering how much time I use the app I wish it was better.

I have the app and I with my local bank but the app takes too long to open if I’m at home or if I’m out and doing house errands.

Def the worst banking app. Every once in a while it doesn’t load or takes forever to load. Makes things super frustrating

I LOVE that when I need help, I get an actual person on the line almost instantly. Not AI, not something pre-recorded, not someone overseas where I get transferred from one person to another. Thank you for still thinking about your customers while most other banks seem to not care. Happy member for 20+ years.
