APP ISNT GOOD
Every time I open the app it automatically closes me out
Needs improvement
This app needs work, it rejects half of the checks I try and deposit, doesn’t update immediately when a transaction goes through and FirstFed holds up checks regularly because they think they are fraudulent. It once took 10 days before they deposited one of my checks. I DON’T DEPOSIT BOGUS CHECKS. I had Wells Fargo before and never had any trouble with their app. FirstFed has been a big disappointment.

The app works consistently well. I would like to see a feature that allows the user to make a note on deposits and transfers that reminds what it was for. How come this doesn’t exist on here?

New Bug
I was loving this app and how easy it made it to check my finances but now there is a bug where I cannot even open the app, it just force closes every time I try. Would love to see this fixed as it makes it a lot easier for me to check my balances on a daily basis.
Will Not Work
If you have an older iPhone that will not upgrade to iOS 13, then this First Federal app will not work on you phone. I have talked with First Federal and they are not interested in doing anything to fix this issue.
Cannot transfer to external accounts
There is an interface within the app and also on a mobile browser that says I should be able to transfer to an established external account. However this feature simply does not work. It does not load! It is completely useless!

The Big Easy
When I think of apps I think, how easy are they to use? Well the First Fed app is excellent in that it is very simple and hassle free and when I have to do something it does it. What more can you say? Five stars!
Good, couple of bugs
I do nearly all my banking via this app & usually it’s great! Many times, however, the app quits on me or says that an error occurred and my information is unavailable at that time. If that can be fixed that would be great!
