We live 20+ miles from the bank.

Pitiful
Layout of this app is outdated as can be and on top of that it will just randomly decide that I’m not allowed to look at my account anymore because of the “enhanced account security” feature. Which makes you verify through the phone number you gave the bank. Only when you click on it, it simply says, “ An error occurred. If the error persists, please contact your financial institution.” I shouldn’t have to call the bank to look at my account just because YOU can’t get YOUR APP to verify MY INFORMATION that I PERSONALLY GAVE YOU! Pathetic

Does everything a bank app should, and more!
Mobile Deposit Terrible
On iPhone, flash never works even if activated, it says improve contrast every time, forces user to manually capture check image every time, gets stuck in landscape mode after depositing check, even if screen rotation is locked.
Updated app pretty handy
Glad it finally has the faceID and biometrics. I like the card controls and secure messaging.
The financial tools are interesting. Still digging around in the budgets. I like that you can monitor accounts at other banks, including retirement investments.

Freezing on iPhone
Since you updated your website Aug. 2019, the app has frozen twice while using it. I couldn’t log out, close the app, nothing. I had to completely shut my phone down. HELP!!! There’s a glitch somewhere! This didn’t happen before the update. Thanks!

We have personal and business accounts and use mobile banking EVERY day and love it ! Convenience is the key, we use for mobile deposit, ACH to pay our employees, loan payments, bill payments, and even pay someone with the P2P.
So convenient!!!
This app is absolutely wonderful! I can make INSTANT transfers in a minute whenever I need it. I can quick check my balance anytime! I use it a lot an I absolutely love it. :) :) :)
