Just want to say thank you to all the team members at North Dover First Federal. Not only have the always provided me with great service but when recently when I had my identity stolen, Beth Aljancic and others there helped me get through this very tough situation !!! The app seems very glitchy and the Face ID feature doesn’t work… transfers and deposits work pretty good though, but there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially with the Face ID feature.
Prompting Enhanced Security Questions Every Login
After the most recent update on June 18, 2024, the app is prompting for security question after using face id, every time I log into the app.
Not using a VPN, using a registered iOS device I’ve used since the beginning.

Horrible app & online banking
I was encouraged by clients & friends to switch, I like the people, but HORRIBLE bank app & online banking. Need to answer security questions every single time even with Facial recognition is beyond frustrating.
NEEDS UPDATED
I really like this bank, but it needs to be updated to work better with an iPhone X, like using FaceID to login, and just overall needs a new and fresh look. I just hope here in the future it can be updated.

Great New features. Annoying security
I really like the added new features especially the check deposit. However, the app asks me my security questions every. Single. Time. That I sign in. That's really excessive. I think that needs changed asap. Also it would be really great if you could take advantage of Touch ID.
Good app.
This is a handy app for First Federal Community bank customers. It does require a password every time you use it even if you already opened the app. Not a bad safety feature just inconvenient. However it does not work with the new iPhone (7.0) software. Just needs an update I am guessing.
