The new system for the credit cards does not work. I cannot pay my bill and there are no operators available to assist.

If you don’t use your debit card every 6 months, they’ll deactivate it.
You have to call every 6 months to keep it active, despite the expiration date printed on it.

Difficult to navigate
Very difficult app to navigate, some features don’t even work. I have to access their website because app never work properly.
Have to change password every time I log in.
Got everything set up to make my loan payment every month. Every month, app doesn’t recognize my password. Request password. However, when I go to login, the two factor authentication requires that I get a pin. Get the “no operators available”. Have to request the pin several times before it goes through. Three months of this. My fourth month, I have to call in to get a temporary password. Several times, no response when I try to get the PIN code. I get either. Nothing or “no operators available” message.
I can’t imagine the headache people who have full banking services with FFCU, because this app is absolutely worthless. I’m deleting the thing and will be making payments in person. I didn’t need to track my loan anyways, I guess.

Won’t let me deposit..
Well I just got my check and wanted to up load it to my account but when I got ready to take a pic it said “full screen is required” I’m not holding my phone too close or too far away for it to not work. I don’t know why the problem is. I hate this new update!

The UI is very user friendly. Dark mode would also be a nice feature.
The overdrafts are questionable
I like first financial, but they’re hard to get a hold of. I live in Milan. The ATM often doesn’t do one function or another. There’s very few places to get cash back. There’s conflicting information about certain things. I mean I’ve had overdraft when I wasn’t overdrawn. You got stuff pending, and on hold and I don’t know it’s kind of confusing at times I’ve to be honest. I’ve never really had this many issues with a bank, but I’m from another state so all in all they’re decent. When I ask a question, I like to get an answer and if the customer service agent can’t answer it, they need to find somebody that can

Operators not A ailable
Operators not available so cannot log into my mobile app or on a laptop. Cannot view my transactions. Debit Card was lost and needed to freeze my card. After 2 days I finally was able to call customer service which took nearly 20-30min however accomplished the use of the lost debit card.
