New update terrible

Used to be easy to read, and streamlined, you used to be able to see payments scheduled. All of that has changed. Unhappy with the new update.

Bill Pay Rewrite

Not a fan of the new interface. Clunky, too may changes apparently “just because”. Prefer old interface.

No Zelle

All of my family & friend use Zelle and they do not have. Makes them worthless for me.

Never works

Bad app never updates my balance the online checks take numerous days to clear and doesn’t show correct balance

Issue

So the app on my phone doesn’t show my name. So if I need to verify my income to apply for anything I don’t have anything to print out that shows my name.

Very convenient

I wish I would have installed this app a long time ago. I didn’t know that I was missing out on such a convenient tool. I love being able to access my accounts with such ease to check current activity and balances. It’s so easy to transfer funds as well!
