I’ve been with First Freedom Bank for some 13 years now and have been so happy with them! Totally First Class!

Sometimes it opens without a hitch; then other times it’s hateful and refuses (much like a woman…and I am one!)
Transfers
Transfer or lack there of. The ability to move money between institutions/acct without fee or having to make a physical visit to branch, in this era’s tech, sad effort. Even this review isn’t intuitive to get through.
Friendly Bank
Great bank. Friendly and personal service. I always get a person who knows me when I call. No impersonal robots to keep you on the phone while you scream for an agent. Like small hometown banks use to be.

Unable to access
Keep getting an error code 0014, very frustrating
Only works half of the time.
Every other time the facial recognition fails. The other half of the time, the “remember me” fails.
Not Updating
Requires an update, will not update.
More features would be nice
The app in its basic functions are convenient and work most of the time. I would like to see a feature that allows you to see the declined transactions as well and gives the reasons why they were declined.

Can’t even log in due to update but there is no update in app store
Needs to be better
Always have to renew your password every year with long complicated password requirements. Now when you try and log in, it wants you to update the app, but there’s no update in the App Store. So now we can’t even log in to check our bank accounts!
Login Process is Abysmal
When logging in, the app makes me and my other family members either instantly log back off or it does not same the password. It is very hard to access our accounts because the app always kicks us back out instantly.
The easy to use functions of the app are great, but they can in no way be acknowledged due to the stressful login process that rarely works correctly.

Convenient but..
This app is so convenient, but it’s so dang slow.
Depositing checks takes forever. I rather go in person than deposit my checks through the app.

Not Apple friendly it even says it supports wallets but does not!!
The app itself works great and is fairly easy to navigate. However when I try to save my password or enable face recognition it will work 3/4 times then I will have to enter my info again and start the process over. I know it’s not that big of a deal to enter your username and password, however when trying to check your balance quickly it becomes very annoying. Also why are the cards not compatible with Apple wallet/ Apple Pay? Again very annoying as I make most of my purchases with my Apple wallet and my bank account doesn’t support it.... Please, please, please, get the Apple wallet working, it is honestly about to make me change banks, I mean my chime pre paid card will work with Apple wallet but a huge bank cant. Speaking of chime, can’t transfer money to them either for my daughter to have spending cash. Thanks for reading. I will change my review to 5 stars if you get the Apple wallet working bc honestly everything else works great (minus the password thing ) lol
