Very few optionson the app
Need to be able see routing and account number information but it does not have that ability.
Can’t log in
The app asks to verify my identity, but the option to text a code is disabled. I tried twice to have them call me, but the app errors out and does not call.
This bank has been nothing but frustration and I haven’t even funded my account. I’ve been trying to get the process done for an entire month now.
