Not loading most of the time
The app does not load right away. I have to close and restart it a few times. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it didn’t fix the issue

Buggy App
The app is easy to use when it’s working. But I feel like there are constant issues with it. Logging in can take several minutes and so many retries before I can get my account pulled up. I just deleted the app and reinstalled to see if it would help, but now I can’t verify my account because no phone call will come through. PLEASE fix this app!

Not as good as it used to be
I have to reload the app multiple times just for it to load my account. Yes it’s updated and everything is up to date
Great app but annoying review requests
As of the last month or so, every time I log onto the app, I’m asked for a review. Every. Time. Aside from the constant request to review this app, I like it. Would have given 5 stars but the continued persistent requests to review it have become so annoying I decided to write a negative review. Please make them stop.

Why?!?!?
Every time I open up the app, it just sits there in idle. I watching the screen trying to hypnotize me. So I have to close it and open it up again. What ever update this was, it’s not working .

The online sign in takes multiple tries to log in. This needs work.
Fix the glitch
I’m tired of you asking me to give you a review. So here you go. Every time I try to log in, the app asks me to give my fingerprint twice, if I give it twice the app WILL NOT LOAD. If I give my fingerprint once and hit cancel the second time, it usually works. I’m tired of being asked to give a review. One star because fix your glitch!! And quit wasting my time ever day asking for a review!

Inconsistent. “Please wait…”
How is the world is this rated so high. Only works half the time. Other half is please wait with a spinning circle and never will open. When it does work, it’s not awful, but very inconsistent.

Recent release ois buggy
It’s been really buggy the last couple weeks when logging in. Getting a spinning circle which sometimes results in a success login but often just continues until I can’t stand to wait any longer…like multiple minutes. Plz fix!!!
Glitchy
Since the last update this app has been terribly glitchy. It always runs my Face ID twice, and then usually the message “Please Wait”. It will just sit with the spinning disc of death until I close the app. And open it again. I will often have to do this process five or six the app to finally open. Occasionally it works the first time, but that is very rare.

Version 4.2.2 Is Trash
I’ve been banking with FIB for years for my business and have used the mobile app on a daily basis. Since the update the app is practically unusable. Every time I log in you’re stuck on the “Please Wait” screen for infinity it only actually opens 20% of the time. Uninstall, reinstall, tech support, nothing works. I’m going to have to change banks just because of your stupid update. iOS user.
