Love the Credit Union but App Update is awful
Great Credit Union, they're extremely helpful and courteous, however new update to the app with security questions glitches quiet often and locks you out of Online Banking. You need to call Customer Service to rectify this error. This will be my fourth time calling to unlock my account since this new update.
Please fix this glitch, I understand the upgrade in security (with all the new scams out there) but I shouldn't need to answer security questions with Face Recognition Security which is what leads to the glitch of being locked out.

I’ve been and member of the credit union for quite some time now and can honestly and wholeheartedly say that whenever I need or requested a loan or needed help or financial assistance they have performed without a doubt in an exceptional manner.

Haven’t been able to use this app for some time now. Wont let me login to my account to see anything keeps saying error
Needs a major redo
The app always kicks me out and and continually have to delete and reload the app at least twice a week because I can not get back in. The app also gives me issues with finger print sign in.

It’s so out dated, this app needs a major update. It’s 2020 and this app looks as if it was one of the first to come out. We need a new UI compatible with iOS 14. I know you guys can do better. I could give suggestions to make it way better, but you have to do something to catch up with other superior banking apps. It’s almost as if the developers gave up which is disappointing because I keep hoping for a actually update and it doesn’t seem like were getting one
