Ridiculously convoluted requiring too many details to register
Refuses passcodes for idiotic reasons. Ex, l cannot use 57 because it is part of my birth year, nor wa because it is the state we live in.
Love it, but…..
Please consider making it where we can change the order of our accounts on the app interface, and please make it where we can see every account in a group on the 1st page just by scrolling. To have to go to page 2 just to glance at one more account is annoying. I’m trying to run a business with these accounts so please consider these changes. Thank you!

Love My Bank
I use this app often, and what I really love about it is that it is super easy to navigate! I can find any information I am looking for easily, they show me what I am looking for, and it’s really nice that I can look into how much I have to spend each and every week with the spending power. First Security is doing great online as well as in person. This customers satisfaction is definitely a 10 out of 10!

Bank miatake
I transferred money from my IRA account my FirstSecurity checking account and it went to the wrong account because someone at the bank pushed the wrong number. Then they charged me nonsufficient fund.
Check cashing
Cannot seem to actually deposit a check. Hasn’t worked for the last month.

Always great customer service
First Security is the best bank I have ever had my money in. Customer service of the branch on Walnut St, Rogers, AR is always nothing less than excellent. They are always friendly and I think they go above and beyond.
Easy for this 65 yr old
I am not THAT proficient at using apps on my phone as those around me are but must say, using the First Security banking app is easy to navigate.
It’s great but..
It’s a great app, just hate the fact that it updates your balance knowing kind of slow. And you are over here thinking “oh ok, I have enough money” but not really because you are in the process of having way less than what you had originally thought.

My husband and I have lived all over the United States and have banked at many banks through the years. First Security’s customer service beats all others hands down. We would never use any other bank again.
Basically non functional lately
I’m not sure what the issue is with this app but 9 times out of 10 when you log in you aren’t able to see your balance! They need a serious fix.
Useless
Every single time I go to login the Face ID does not work and then it asks for my password. I enter my password and it tells me it’s incorrect and locks my account. So SICK OF FIRST SECURITY!!!

It keeps logging me out/not remembering me and not using facial rec. so now I have to type in my password each time.
