Stop trying to make us update our phones to latest updates to use the app theres a reason some of us aren’t updating our phones!
Need for newer technology
I have had more problems making mobile deposits with this bank than I would like to share!! I live 30 minutes away and it really is inconvenient for me to have to drive to the bank just to make a deposit in 2026 with all of the mobile options available

Can't use the app for your car loan unless you are banking with them already. Wont accept your credit card payments over the app.
Relief
It really is a blessing knowing that if something comes up, and usually something comes up, and I cannot make it to the bank before closing time that I can still take care of almost anything with the FSB Mobile App. It is extremely easy to use. I don’t know about anyone else, but it helps me to breathe a little easier on those push to the max days!

Unreliable app for mobile check deposits
The app for mobile check deposits is extremely unpredictable! It literally is hit and miss and even if you fill out the check correctly as you’re meant to, and even if the check is in a well lit position for the photo, the app still will not consistently recognize your deposit photo or say you have not filled the check out correctly. Extremely frustrating please fix the app and work these bugs out of it. John WV
