Fix Bill Pay Server
The APP works great, but cannot connect to Bill Pay Server as it Times Out with the: Message CANNOT CONNECT TO BILL PAY SERVER, as rest of the APP works just fine, will change the rating to 5 Star, once Bill Pay is fixed and working.....Thanks!
