My phone is older, and I can’t update the app to look at my bank account because i don’t have ios 16

I have an older phone

I have an older phone and I like my old phone. You are penalizing one of your customers because I don’t need a newer phone.
I can’t access my account now because you have chosen to go with software that I don’t have. Shame on you!

App Update

Now that the App has been updated I can no longer use the App. I have an older phone so now it’s of no use to me. I have to go across town to deposit checks instead of using mobile deposit. This stinks

‘Account to Account’ Gone!

The new update has taken away the ‘Account to Account’ payment feature. This is extremely inconvenient and means I now need to physically go to the bank to pay certain bills when I used to just pay them from the app.

Please add the Account to Account feature back!!!

Zelle under investigation.

As of August 19, 2024 there are, l think, four different investigations into Zelle & their affiliated banks for failure to honor fraudulent scam refunds, failure to protect customers, and failure to safely guard personal bank accounts from hackers.

Change it back!

This app has been reliable and good, but they recently changed it and it’s really frustrating now. 60% of the screen is now taken up with “Financial Tools” and some “discover how to achieve your financial goals” nonsense. I’m not logging into my app to see the same messages about stuff I don’t care about every time; I’m here to access my accounts. What’s even worse, that stuff loads later, so every time I click on one of my accounts to view it, at the last moment as I click, the screen changes, and it registers that I’ve clicked something else. Look, you want us to be paying customers…. But the people using your app already ARE paying customers! Leave us alone and just let us access our accounts! Change the app back, please!!

It’s Good ENOUGH

Good enough but could be MUCH better! Hate that deposits and debts are sometimes not taken and given in real time which can throw your total account balance way off sometimes it takes days for it to even out and get back on track which stinks if you don’t know what you’re spending. Need them to stop doing so much “maintenance” that is throwing off everything and delaying my accounts statuses. Hard to pay bills and keep track of money that way.

It works during business hours

The app rarely shows an updated balance on weekends and after hours. I’m normally on top of it but in the last couple of weeks they hit me with overdraft fees bc my account showed money so I didn’t deposit any.

I understand things may take a while to post but as an example, I paid my cc bill of $220 it’s posted as paid on my account. There’s been no pending or posted charge on my bank account fri-sun but it’ll be gone Monday morning. Having that happen with most transactions and you lose track.

Intro Dashboard

Gives you all the information on the first screen for all of your accounts with out jumping thru hoops

Super Annoying

This app unlinks my account info every other week for absolutely no reason. It’s so annoying to link it back each time. A monkey could have done a better job designing an app.

The Balances Are Never Correct

I’m not sure why the balances are never accurate. I never had balance issues with Wells Fargo app but with this app you can’t trust that the numbers are accurate, especially at night or on weekends.

Please fix this issue!

When I want to edit my security alerts or remove one, I need to have a security code to do so. But it never shows me the code. The section where it would be at is blank.

Bring back the account to account

Bring back the account to account transfer option it’s the only thing I use.

Mobile Check Deposit Disappeared On The App?

After the last update three days ago, version 9.0.5805 (build 108), mobile check deposit in the left hand menu no longer appears as an option. A representative at the Durant office was clueless as if he had never heard of that. My internet connection is working well as my balance is shown with current debits. If I cannot have access to mobile check deposit I might as well find another bank to do business with.

Efficient, easy to use, reliable!!’

Great App

Using for over a year and it is very good.

It works fine enough

I don’t personally find the organization of menu options very intuitive. As well, compared to other banks I’ve recently used, I’ve noticed the pending items will disappear for a day or so before finally posting. Which is not helpful if you don’t get around to reconciling your account every day. I didn’t have that issue of transactions disappearing at say Bank of America. Ultimately though, it does the job fine enough.
