Poor excuse for a banking app, I've never used a banking app with so many glitches and constant errors
Face ID and quick balance issues.
The updated version of the app no longer shows your quick balance, only a blank white screen( after making sure it’s turned on as well as biometrics) and my Face ID is not working. This issue has been consistent on 4 different phones. Samsung galaxy, iPhone XR, iPhone 14, and iPhone 16. Quick balance has had an issue ever since the app update. The new app format, even the colors-feels older than the previous version.

Login fail
It’s not letting me login, I’ll even login on the website on my laptop… same password same username and I’m able to gain access.

Y’all updated the app and now it’s down. Yall need to invest into new developers, asap.
Card lock/unlcok
After the update, it no longer lets you use Face ID, even when allowed on the app settings. The unlock and lock card option is no longer available.

Freezes after IOS 26
Basically useless after the iOS 26 update. Freezes as soon as you go look at anything.

i’m very unhappy
i’ve been using the app great for months now all of a sudden no mobile deposits will go through. once i take a picture the app glitches and takes me to my phones home screen. hope my checks don’t go bad because there no first 1 bank near me. please fix your mobile deposit

Doesn’t work on iOS 16
App will just close when you try to log in with the new iPhone 14 running iOS 16.

What happened to Face ID? It was working until lasted update! 👎
