Crash ALOT
The app is very resourceful and user friendly, and when it works, it provides a smooth experience. However, it crashes frequently. There are times when it will not open at all, and other times when transactions go through without being deducted immediately, which can later result in unexpected overdraft charges. I have also received notifications about password changes that I did not initiate, and there are moments when the app simply does not function, causing delays in scheduled transactions.
Overall, it is not a bad app, and its ease of use is a strong advantage. I am giving it four stars because it is user friendly, but there is a clear need to improve stability and fix these recurring issues.

The app is total “trash”
I’ve been trying to register with the mobile app. I had to generate OTP several times which ended in failures(unable to use my device to register, etc). A whole lot of time wasting efforts. Fix your app. It’s pathetic.

The app is terrible. I tried for so many days to register with my existing account but the app kept saying device mismatch.

Why is the app saying the device is not attached to my profile so I can’t login in. And when I try logging in to the security question is asking for my girlfriend’s name while I didn’t setup a security as such

GOOD START BUT IM DISAPPOINTED
I have been waiting for the first bank Ghana app for years and now it's finally here but it's lacking huge feature which is opening account within the app.It takes you through the process alright then finally it tells you the account cannot be opened.very sad!
