Zelle Deposits
I have been using for security bank and for the most part I find it supports my private practice. Two things that are points of contention for me it is very difficult to get checks you have to go into the bank and they only give you 15 at time. My second issue is that a lot of of my clients pay by Zelle Professional app that was created by banks for people to deposit money directly into your account invoice balance. It helps me avoid having to pay a service fee for credit card payment. Your bank will not allow me to use Zelle for my professional business. I have an account with Citibank I have an account with Chase me use Zelle for my clients. It has been frustrating because I have to transfer the payments into the account from my personal account. And then pay myself.

Greed
Changed from using passwords to using pins and now reverting back to passwords.Im not sure how we went from a functioning app to being unable to reset passwords because “something went wrong”directly after hitting the link. Also forget processing your transactions in a timely manner anymore. 🙄 I don’t write reviews but this has gotten ridiculous.

App no longer works
I don’t know what in the world they tried to update, but I can’t get the app to do anything! It won’t even log on! I have to go thru their website to login to my account. I hope this is fixed soon!
App Unreliable
The app is not working on iOS. You can delete and reinstall but it only works once and then doesn't update. You have to use a web browser to see your current banking info and that is too inconvenient in today's world. Time for a new bank with a modern working mobile app and cards that tap.
Good app
User friendly for the most part. There are a couple of things I’d tweak to make it easier, still good.
As of 3/2026 I’m enjoying this FSB app
The design is clean and simple. The user interface I’m finding to be intuitive, thankfully! Everything‘s been working fast and efficient for me. Ya!!!

The perfectionism of the friendly staff have helped me through managing money at my first job.
And handling my parents estate.
I love the new app that practically lets me do all my banking through the app. And when I do have a question. I call the number right in the app or text them a question. Either way they are awesome.

Online App nightmare
The app is very disfunctional.

It will never load or show my balance. And really never works, worst banking app I’ve ever used.
Problem getting current information
Having problems having the current information update. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work.

Service Fees
My accounts should not be charged service fees. Local bank reversed the first two, but now they are charged back along with another charge. Explain this failure to stand by your own policies.

New update, more problems
After the most recent update, I haven’t been able to get into my account. I have to delete the app, redownload it just to able to check my account one time before I have to do it all over again.

Like the old version better
I like the older version better. Not crazy out the new app.

I liked before how the transaction were automatically listed…now I have to click that area. Just a thought:-)
