App could be better very inconsistent location of buses and need to integrate dynamic island to track bus on screen
My opinion matters
I enjoy the fact that I am able to have a rough estimation as to where my children are on the way to and from school. Some downfalls of this app are the little two absolutely zero communication between first view and the Buffalo school bus system, also the accuracy of when the children are on their way home from school. There’s been a number of occasions where it will be an indication of 15 minutes until my child would be at their stop and in actuality they’re already there. I can’t thank you enough for this app. Overall it’s a great app.

Stopped working; no help
The bus tracking worked the first couple of weeks then nothing. No alerts, no tracking. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned off and on notifications. Nothing. Useless.

Clunky
Frustrating to use. Frequently inaccurate. Forced to log in every time. The map doesn’t work. I have to wonder in 2025 how an app like this can be so clunky and user unfriendly. My 8 year old is taking STEM classes. Thinking he might be able to take a stab at this.

Buggy
I’ve had problems all year with the app requiring me to login every day. Checking the box to tell it to remember me does nothing, I still have to manually enter my username and password every day. Then for months it was displaying an annoying hi banner telling me that there were new features in the newest version and that I should upgrade. But I was already on that version. Every time I login I’m shown the initial login wizard and I have to skip it. This wouldn’t be as problematic if there was support for Face ID, but having to re-authenticate every day gets old real quick. Support was friendly but ultimately not helpful. This app has potential but with current problems it needs some attention.
UPDATE: February 2025, the problems persist. This school year the app has forgotten the student associated with my account twice.

It’s not working anymore.
Don’t count on it
Never right it will say bus is 5 7min away and show it on the map but it will already be at your stop

This app hardly ever works. Especially on days it would be useful. DONT depend on it
Reliable most of the time
The app is more often than not accurate. However about 10-20% of the time it either doesnt have any information available or gives a gross overestimation of time and then the bus shows up 4 to 8 minutes earlier than advertised initially

It kicks me out the app every single time even though I click the remember me button and sometimes I can’t even track the bus

I have never experienced an app that logs me out so frequently and will not store even my email

Half of the time is not working as far as tracking the bus seeing when it arrives when it’s on its way, it’s just not working. It’s causing my children to miss of us because it’s cold outside and don’t nobody wanna be outside for 15 minutes to an hour because the tracking is not working
