iPad Version NOT Updated

The iPad version of the First Watch app has NOT been updated for years. As operating on my 2021 iPad Pro, the log-in screen uses a fingerprint icon for “remember me.” Turning this “on” when you enter credentials CRASHES the app. The only work-around is to manually set a user name and password for the First Watch subscriber website, then manually select the password with associated user name from the pop-up list. There appears to be NO facial recognition working for log-in. For first responders in an operating environment using an iPad, this is cumbersome and difficult.
