Bugs with tracking

In the latest release, 4.98, the app gives an error when trying to tap on a part that has tracking from within the location section. Also, while picking, the app forces FIFO by looking at the expiration date. However, if you choose to ignore FIFO and select a different location to pick from, the app duplicates the pick and adds to the quantity on the original sales order.

Insecure app

Transmits data without any SSL. Very insecure, who knows how many people’s data is being stolen due to this apps negligence . Do not use if you care about data privacy.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT THEYLL SCAM YOU

I am a paying customer and I was basically swindled out of my money and sweet talked into a product that upon paying for it and being locked into a contract it is under providing. The services and features I was told it had, it does not. They extended our training timetable due to holidays which took us out of our 90 day return period and now claim there’s no early termination clause for a product that does not offer the services I was promised and basically said lawyer up if I want to attempt and get out of the 3 year contract. They are NOT committed to their customers and I have been working for 3 MONTHS JUST TO GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE CENT. THEY ARE AN ABYSMAL COMPANY, they offer no customer service, and will say tough luck get a lawyer and ignore you the first chance they get. As a small family owned growing business ourselves there is nothing that snuffs out our energy more than a big company charging us a ridiculous amount for a service they aren’t providing. If there is anything I can’t say enough, do NOT give them the time of day I was sweet talked into a deal and now owe them over 600 dollars a month for a glorified hosting service. They WILL take your money and IGNORE YOU just like the reviews I saw on here that they played down like a disgruntled customer that wasn’t paying for their service.

Extortionists

They’ll make you pay thousands of dollars to fix bugs within their software by forcing you to buy a support contract. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Current version won’t allow me to login.

Please fix UI

Please fix this app so the UI is easier to make manual adjustments using a combo of barcodes and manual keying in of details. The way it is set up right now is intolerable to try to pick and finish work orders without still using paperwork. No error is easily fixed or remedied from the app and must be done on the desktop

Trash on Apple Products

My business solely runs on Apple products and I am usually able to login once in a day and any time after that it gives me an Error message. Sometimes I can’t get in at ALL. You app is absolute TRASH for a company that is supposed to make things more efficient. Maybe update your UI team…

Update now doesn’t allow me to login

One of these updates Fishbowl did crashed the system and I am unable to login.

Entering Quantity in Receiving

I can only enter quantity if the barcode icon in the top right of each screen in Receiving mode has been tapped orange. Please Fix.

Apple Watch compatibles???

Will this be acceptable to clock in and out of work orders via apple watches eventually ?

Terrific App for Managing Inventory and Shipments

The Fishbowl GO app let’s our folks in the plant easily access pick tickets, scan serial numbers, pack and ship all from their smart phones. This app saves us time and makes us more efficient.
