I chose this app over navionics because I do not like subscriptions. And what a mistake. I wanted this because it said it would show my location, I like to follow the old underground river in a favorite lake, but no matter what I set my location Services to, it always shows me about. A quarter mile away, not even on the lake at all. And the second major issue and this is a major one, despite paying the full price and now says I’m using the light version and no matter what I do. The restore button doesn’t do anything, but the purchase maps sure does work. I’ve restarted my device deleted and reinstall the app. It doesn’t matter so now it went from useless to the light version of useless.. For what they charge they could do a whole lot better.

The only problem I have is that the lake maps are not very defined.

Inaccurate GPS readings
GPS is inaccurate. Forced to repurchase same map for my lake each year.

Having to purchase maps multiple times
I bought old maps but have to pay another 30 dollars for the new maps.
My new Navionics
After Garmin bought Navionics, they raised the prices through the roof. I tried virtually every app on the store finally settling on this one. Include hd sonar contours of most lakes with fishing spots. Reasonably priced and easy to use.

Great Terrain Detail & Tracking
I don’t have a fish finder or any tech. I use this app on my kayak to find structure in both lakes and on the salt water. Having the ability to track myself on the map is excellent. Tide and current data is also very helpful. I use it all the time.
Great depth chart maps for lakes .
I have been using the free app and love it.would buy the upgrade but can’t find out if the app has gps location.

Not a serious app
This is not a serious attempt to create a useful app. The interface is terrible and the map data can be found elsewhere with a usable interface.
