Fishmarks made it painless. Had all my lobster spots organized by area, synced wirelessly through ActiveCaptain straight to my Garmin — no fumbling with SD cards on a rocking boat, no lost marks. Pulled up, dropped in, limited out. Exactly what I needed.
Finally something that just works
Been fighting with Garmin Homeport for years just to keep my waypoints organized — crashes, a clunky interface that feels like it was built in 2008, and good luck doing anything from your phone on the water. Fishmarks is what I’ve been waiting for. Imported my GPX in seconds, the map is clean, and selecting a bunch of marks to rename or move into folders is actually intuitive. I can finally manage my spots without sitting at my desk losing my mind. If you fish and you’ve ever cursed at Homeport, give this one a shot — you’ll wonder why nobody built it sooner.
