GREAT PLACE with lots of classes to choose from for adults & kids. I am Ex Pro Athlete, SprintWater Kayaker.. I joined Get-Set-Go for their GRAVITY CLASSES to help in my meniscus’s rehabilitation. I had two classes with two different instructors and I LOVED IT on both occasions, very highly recommended! - Today I did 12:45 POWER CLASS. The trainer did a very good workout. All knowledgeable instructors. 5* TO ALL - I also love the fact that the different trainers are teaching different classes, after all the human body needs versatility - over the years I have leaned that something constructive comes not only from every defeat but from each training and class I take and I hope that at GoSetGo I will be strong again, like in my 20s;)! See you tomorrow, I am officially hooked to those fabulous classes! :)
