Subscription Cancellation
There is no subscription cancellation option clearly indicated on the app or website. I requested Cancellation in November 2024 and it is August 2025 and I’m still being charged for a monthly subscription. I should not have to speak to someone to get this resolved. Businesses are required to have clear cancellation and unsubscribe options and they do not. The husband was also trying to be snarky in the response email stating “I apologize that it was not easily accomplished by you.” Perhaps it’s because it’s not indicated clearly on your website or app.

The most delicious recipe collection!
I love that all of Le's recipes are well-organized and easily accesible within this app. I can save my favorite reipces, follow her workout videos, read blog posts, and share photos of my own culinary adventures. Grateful for the Fit Foodie Le community!
