STOP UPDATING THE APP
A lot of times I go in to book a session & the app doesn’t let me due to that there’s an update. It was okay that they are trying to better the app but got to a point where it’s almost every week. & I don’t want to use my data to update the app so I have to wait to get to the gym to update & book the session on Wifi. I don’t understand why a gym app needs to be updated every week, it’s not WhatsApp. People go in, book sessions, leave. kindly just let the app be

Gym is good but app is a hassle
The app is slow and often takes several attempts to open gym booking.
It’s also pretty annoying to have to “book” to use the gym. Would be much better to only to scan in for gym/ pool and book for classes

Notification bug
App icon on my iPhones desktop always has notification number , like there is something I have to read or action required. But I have nothing in my app, all messages are marked as read already. Deleted app and reinstalled, doesn’t fix issue
App gone from bad to worse
I was hoping for an improvement with the new FitRepublik app. However it looks like it was put together by an amateur with very little and poor customer experience. Booking sessions could be made a lot easier, plus legibility of the app is horrible with the use of red text on black background
