Found Apple Health integration

I initially thought this had no integration with Apple Health. Turns out it is off by default, and therefore not shown as an eligible application under Apple Health. You have to go into the app and turn it on first. Most other apps ask you during on boarding.

Really bad data modeling

If you’re someone who has never worked out or followed your physiology before you may find this app motivating. But its data models are really, really off. Weight calculates fairly well. Everything else is sketch. Even though you can enter measurement data, it doesn’t use that high quality custom information to make calculations. Instead it relies on a very bad formula to create new numbers that are way, way inaccurate. When I contacted them about this, thinking it must just be a bug, I got a super patronizing response that basically said I was too fat to understand how data works. If you don’t know anything about physiology or statistical models you may have fun with this. But if you have the capacity to evaluate its performance, it quickly becomes apparent that the emperor has no clothes.

Good scale, bad data display

The way that the data is displayed contradicts itself occasionally and it’s really only concerned with your bmi and fat percentage in the most visible parts of the app. Which are not the most important things to track as an athlete but I understand most people probably are trying to use it for general weightloss. Then there an β€œathletic” mode that totally changes your data with little explanation of when to use that or what it does.
I would love to see more ability to compare data and see trends rather than single days of data compared.
I also think that the parameters for β€œgreen zone” should be recommended but not set in stone. We should be able to make our own goals and/or the app should give more achievable mile stone goals along the way because it can be overwhelming/disappinting

Dark Mode option

App is good, but a low vision person it is hard to see, and hurts my eyes. PLEASE allow dark mode and bring the app into the modern era!

Good app but missing features

The tracking is great and I appreciate that I can set goals however it does not allow me to edit or erase old goals.
