Don’t sign up

I don’t think it’s worth the money you’re looking at around $5,000 - $7,000 for the year. They send you a meal plan they already have and you check in with a coach every two weeks and that’s really the only customization you get is changing the routine. I won’t say the program isn’t beneficial because it is. Just not worth the price.

Good program but a bit overpriced

This program is good and the coaches are super friendly but I feel like the value was not there for the price I was paying ($800 a month). You get a virtual personal trainer, workout plan, and meal plan. The app is buggy and is missing features that most workout apps have. I did lose weight but that was because of things I started doing differently in my own life not necessarily because of the plan.

Works, but costs several times that of other programs

While the program works, I expected more based on the cost. I’d completed a very similar program in the past that had weekly check ins and used an app to track food, stats, workouts, that also worked as I’d dropped 25 lbs, but at lest than a quarter of the price. I was actually disappointed when I learned that I was now paying four times as much for a very similar program and the only difference was that this is supposed to be geared towards first responders. I’m not exactly sure what makes first responders different when it comes to losing weight or getting in shape. I didn’t continue with OPS as the cost to finish the year would’ve been more than twice what my last program cost. I mentioned it to Izzy when he was trying to sell me OPS, but he didn’t seem to think the cost was that high. I can tell you that other programs, such as RP, offer 1 on 1 coaching at a third of the cost.
