Great workout app!

Loving this app and the workouts! At home workouts can become mundane and boring and I found myself doing the same workouts over and over and never pushing myself too hard. But these teacher led workouts make me push my limits and work harder! Thanks to all the awesome instructors on this app!

Breath of Fresh Air

I’m a mom of 2 & this gives me the opportunity & flexibility to do a workout any time anywhere!
I’ve really missed power yoga. There aren’t any yoga studios near me that offer childcare.
I also love that there are other types such as HIIT, Strength etc. Plus they have classes that range from different lengths. I can do a 30 min up to an hour!
The instructors are knowledgeable & empowering!
I’m in love!
